Bethel United Methodist Preschool offers a
convenient three day program (Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 a.m. – 12:30
p.m.) for children ages two, three and four years. We incorporate the Wonder-filled Weekday
Curriculum (Abingdon Press) and teacher generated materials to focus on the
spiritual, physical, cognitive and social development of our students. Our teachers provide students with many
math and reading readiness skills in a fun and exciting learning
environment. We at Bethel United Methodist Preschool are
committed to providing a safe and loving atmosphere where children can
experience the joy and freedom of growth and play in their learning
process. Our students also enjoy ample
playground / gym time to further their motor and social skills. We maintain a low student / teacher ratio, therefore we are able to provide each student with
one-on-one attention that is so crucial to a child’s early development. Our students enjoy field trips and participate
in many holiday and birthday parties and themed activities centered on the
“Theme of the Week”. Our students also
participate in bi-monthly music classes, as well as monthly chapel-time
sessions led by Pastor Gary McWhorter. |
